About the Wild Goose Cafe & Bar...

Dal and Renee Carver opened the Wild Goose Café & Bar in March 1999, with the goal of providing fresh, beautifully prepared food in a relaxed atmosphere for Ashlanders, visitors, and travelers.  Wherever possible, we use locally produced or Oregon products.

The Wild Goose Café offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails, plus imaginative specials all day, along with a selection of fine wines from the Pacific Northwest and around the world.  Both lunch and dinner are served until midnight in the café. The Wild Goose Bar offers nightly entertainment, and late diners can order lunch and dinner in the bar until 1AM nightly.

All of us at "the Goose" thank you for joining us.  We also thank our local providers, whose craft helps the Wild Goose present the flavors of Ashland.

Breakfast:  6 AM to 2 PM daily
Lunch: 11 AM to midnight daily
Dinner: 5 PM to midnight daily
Lunch and dinner are served until 1 AM nightly in the Wild Goose Bar
